Recent events
We have celebrated several 'milestones' recently, the first one being the 40th anniversary of ordination of Frs Derek Duncanson and David Chance.
They were both ordained together in Canterbury Cathedral in 1971, and now by happy chance have both decided to join our church family here at Holy Trinity.
The second celebration was of Sid Chaney's 25 years of Reader Ministry. His deanery colleagues joined us for morning service and we celebrated with sherry and cake after.
We have also enjoyed a couple of fun and fund-raising nights out - the first at Broadstairs Tandoori in February and, more recently at the Albion Street Taverna. On both occasions a lot of fun was had, and we also managed to raise over £500 each time for the East Wall Restoration Fund.
